A variety of places to stay are located nearby or in the Brisbane CBD, all within 7 kilometres from UQ’s St. Lucia campus. Brisbane is accessible by train, bus and ferry, making travel from your accommodation easy. Also available are walking routes and bikeways. See ‘Getting to the Conference’ on the menu.

Below is a selected list of hotels/apartments and other accommodation:

St Lucia / Toowong / Taringa / Indooroopilly

There are a few places to stay in close proximity to the campus; a short ride by bus or 30-45 mins walking distance away, depending on your pace!

 

Wooloongabba / Highgate Hill

Another option is on the other side of the river; still easily accessible by bus.

 

Southbank and Brisbane CBD

UQ is on the Brisbane River and can be accessed by a River Cat (ferry) Brisbane.
